Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Junior SDR (“Junior SDR”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of the Junior SDR product, website, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization (“Customer”, “you”).
The Service
Junior SDR is an AI voice sales-development agent that operates inside your GoHighLevel (“GHL”) sub-account. It dials contact lists you provide, holds qualifying conversations, live-transfers interested contacts to your team, and writes recordings, transcripts, summaries, and tags back to your GHL contacts.
The Service depends on third-party platforms — including GoHighLevel/LeadConnector and telephony and voice providers — and its availability is subject to those platforms.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be a business, at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for the security of your credentials, and for all activity under your account and connected sub-accounts.
Customer responsibilities & consent
You control who is called. You determine the contacts, lists, tags, and campaigns that the Service dials, and you are solely responsible for the legality of that outbound calling.
List-consent responsibility remains with you, the Customer. You represent and warrant that, for every contact you dial through the Service, you have obtained and continue to maintain all consents, permissions, and disclosures required by applicable law — including, where applicable, prior express written consent under the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and rules treating AI-generated voices as an “artificial voice.”
You are responsible for maintaining accurate consent and opt-out records, for honoring do-not-call and revocation requests, for complying with calling-time windows and federal, state, and local requirements (including AI-disclosure and bot-disclosure laws), and for the content of the scripts and campaigns you run.
- You will not use the Service to contact individuals from whom you do not hold a valid, current legal basis to call.
- You will not disable, circumvent, or misconfigure the compliance controls the Service provides.
- You will keep your contact data accurate and promptly process opt-outs.
Compliance tooling & shared responsibility
The Service provides compliance features designed to help you operate lawfully — pre-dial consent checks, instant DNC/opt-out tagging across voice and SMS, AI-identity disclosure, jurisdiction-aware calling windows, and audit logging of calls and consent state.
These features are tools, not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance. They do not replace your obligation to obtain consent and to run your outbound program lawfully. Conservative defaults may be adjusted only through documented, signed overrides; where you override a default, you accept responsibility for that configuration.
Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or fraudulent communications; to impersonate a person in a manner that violates law; to misrepresent that the agent is human when asked; or to violate the rights of others or the terms of any connected platform.
Fees & billing
The Service is priced as a flat platform fee per sub-account plus per-minute usage for connected call time, as described on our Pricing page. Usage is billed through your connected GHL wallet/billing. Fees are exclusive of taxes. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively on reasonable notice.
Third-party services
Your use of GoHighLevel, telephony carriers, and other integrated services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability or changes may affect the Service.
Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service and all related software, models, and materials. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and support the Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service except as expressly permitted.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that use of the Service will render your calling program compliant with any law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold Junior SDR harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising out of your outbound calling, your contacts and lists, your lack of required consent, your content and configurations, or your breach of these Terms — including any claim under the TCPA or similar law relating to calls you initiated through the Service.
Term & termination
These Terms apply while you use the Service. Either party may terminate as permitted in your order or account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if your use creates legal or security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to Customers. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
